Drivers for Artists
🚐 One day a week. An electric van. Artists from all over the world. New encounters. Does that sound like you?
The Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel is looking for 10 volunteer drivers to help its Artists in Residence get around between Waterloo, Argenteuil, train stations, concert venues and more.
Behind the wheel of our 100% electric VW ID. Buzz, you’ll spend one day a week as the dedicated driver for young musicians from all over the world.
And between trips, the Music Chapel is yours to enjoy.
You can read, work, grab a coffee… or better still, attend a rehearsal or masterclass and listen to the artists and their teachers at work.
🎵 What we’re looking for
→ A valid Category B driving licence and a safe, smooth driving style
→ Punctuality, discretion and a strong sense of service
→ Ideally, availability for one fixed day per week
→ Someone based in Waterloo or the surrounding area
→ An interest in classical music is a plus, but not a requirement
🎁 What we offer
→ A formal volunteer agreement
→ Comprehensive insurance coverage
→ Lunch in our “Artist Village” on your day with us
→ A Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel Ambassador Card
→ A season subscription giving you access to 12 concerts
And above all, a special place in the lives of our artists.
