PRE-SELECTION PROCEDURE

The application process for the 26–27 auditions is now closed.
All useful information for candidates admitted to the viola auditions is provided below.

1. Deadline: 30.11.2025

2. Repertoire requirements:
Two pieces of your choice that demonstrate your skills.

3. Application fee:

150€
Due when submitting your application.

LIVE-AUDITION PROCEDURE

Live Auditions are held for the selected candidates only.

  1. Date: 23.03.2026 at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel in Waterloo, Belgium
  2. Repertoire requirements: 
  • One fast movement and one slow movement of a Suite by J.S. Bach
  • One sonata of your choice from the 19th century
  • One sonata or viola solo piece of your choice from the 20th century

 QUALIFICATION

  • The audition is open to musicians of any nationality.
  • Age limit: 30 years old or under on the day of the audition.
