APPLICATION PROCEDURE

The application process for the 26–27 auditions is now closed.
All useful information for candidates admitted to the violin auditions is provided below.

1. Deadline: 30.11.2025

2. Repertoire requirements:

  • A. Mozart: a concerto for violin, 1st movement
  • S. Bach: Adagio (Grave) & Fugue
  • one virtuoso piece of your choice

3. Application fee:

150€
Due when submitting the application.

LIVE-AUDITION PROCEDURE

Live Auditions are held for the selected candidates only

  1. Date: 27.03.2026 @ Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel in Waterloo, Belgium
  2. Repertoire requirements: The jury will select several parts on the day of the Audition:
  • A sonata for solo violin by J.S. Bach
  • Any concerto by W.A Mozart
  • 2 caprices by N. Paganini (except the following: 14, 16, 20)
  • A concerto of your choice

QUALIFICATION

  • The audition is open to musicians of any nationality.
  • Age limit: 27 years old or under on the day of the audition
