APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Applications for the academic year 2027-2028 will be open from October 1, 2026 until December 4, 2026.

Useful information regarding the viola auditions is provided below.

1. Application deadline: December 4, 2026

2. Repertoire requirements:
Two pieces of your choice that demonstrate your skills.

3. Application fee:

150€
Due when submitting your application.

LIVE-AUDITION PROCEDURE

Live Auditions are held for the selected candidates only.

  1. Date: March 2, 2027 at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel in Waterloo, Belgium
  2. Repertoire requirements: 
  • One fast movement and one slow movement of a Suite by J.S. Bach
  • One sonata of your choice from the 19th century
  • One sonata or viola solo piece of your choice from the 20th century

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • The audition is open to musicians of any nationality.
  • Age limit: minimum 18 years old and maximum 30 years old on the day of the audition
