Chamber Music Audition

SELECTION PROCEDURE

The application process for the 26–27 auditions is now closed.
All useful information for candidates admitted to the chamber music auditions is provided below.

1. Deadline: 30.11.2025

2. Repertoire requirements:

• 1st movement of any piece by W.A. Mozart or J. Haydn of your choice
• 1st movement of any piece from the 19th century
• 1st movement of any piece from the 20th century

3. Application fee:

150€
Due when submitting the application.

LIVE-AUDITION PROCEDURE

Live Auditions are held for the selected candidates only. 

1. Date: 24.03.2026 at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel in Waterloo, Belgium
2. Repertoire requirements: The jury will select several parts on the day of the audition:

• A piece from the Classical period (ALL movements)
• A piece of your own choice (ALL movements)

QUALIFICATION

• The audition is open to musicians of any nationality.
• Piano/String Trios or Piano/String Quartets ONLY!
• Age limit: the average age of the members should not exceed 30 years old and each member should be 35 years old or younger on the day of the audition.
