Ik ben dankbaar om samen te werken met mijn mentor Gary Hoffman en oude vriend Nick DiBerardino aan zijn nieuwe werk voor 2 cello’s waarin de relatie van de mensheid met onze natuurlijke wereld wordt onderzocht. Ik vond het bijzonder toepasselijk om dit nieuwe werk te combineren met de werken van Bach en Chopin, die, hoewel tenger van aard, sprankjes hoop vinden in de diepste krochten van menselijke onzekerheid.
