Het Modigliani Kwartet werd opgericht in 2003 en heeft zich gevestigd als een van de meest gevraagde kwartetten van deze tijd. Ze worden regelmatige uitgenodigd in grote internationale series en prestigieuze zalen over de hele wereld. Slechts één jaar na hun oprichting won het Modigliani opeenvolgend drie Eerste Prijzen op het Internationaal Concours van Eindhoven (2004), het Vittorio Rimbotti Concours in Florence (2005) en de prestigieuze Young Concert Artists Auditions in New York (2006). De boodschap doorgeven aan de jongere generatie, een missie die centraal staat in hun activiteit, ontmoet hier de ideale setting van de Muziekkapel voor een uitzonderlijke masterclass.
