Artist Diploma - François Pardailhé
Voor mijn Artist Diploma aan de Muziekkapel Koningin Elisabeth stelde ik me een programma voor dat een terugblik vormt op mijn carrière als muzikant. Van het begin, via de hoorn naar kamermuziek en dan, natuurlijk, opera. Ik wilde hulde brengen aan alle leraren en Artiesten die me sinds het begin van mijn carrière hebben begeleid. In dit programma hoor je componisten als Beethoven, Berlioz, Gounod en Bizet, maar ook minder bekende componisten als Kreutzer en Nicolaï. Ik heb er ook voor gekozen om in het bijzonder Théodore Dubois te eren, een Franse componist uit de 19eᵉ-20e eeuw, evenals de uitvoerder Claude Nougaro, wiens honderdste verjaardag en 20ste sterfdag we vieren.
