Due to the recent strike of the Belgian postal network, some of you may not have received the program for our next Music Chapel Festival yet.
So here’s a little reminder for you:

4 days to celebrate the link between music & cinema, with prestige concerts, recitals, chamber music and major works from the repertoire, but also films, exhibitions, live talks and concerts for children.
- 05.12.18: A double concert (at 7pm and 9.30pm) around W. A. Mozart concertos, including the Clarinet Concerto in A major, which will remind all cinema lovers of the scenes from S. Pollack’s Out of Africa, with the ORCW, Frank Braley, Paul Meyer, Woo Huyng Kim & Hyeonjin Cho.
- 06.12.18: Les Métamorphoses Orchestra, under the direction of Raphaël Feye, will perform works by J. Haydn, D. Lipatti and the music of A. Hitchcock’s Psycho, composed by B. Herrmann. You will also hear the pianist Julien Libeer in W. A. Mozart’s Concerto No. 27.
- 07.12.18: Gary Hoffman and two soloists in residence at the Music Chapel, Kerson Leong and Josquin Otal, accompanied by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of Liège conducted by Nir Kabaretti will perform concertos by E. Elgar, B. Herrmann and E. Korngold.
- 08.12.18: For the closing evening of the Festival, the Brussels Philharmonic, under the direction of Stéphane Denève will offer you a program featuring works by C. Franck, P. Dukas, E. Chausson and J. Williams, famous composer of Oscar-winning film music.
