Anne Schutt, physiotherapy
Anne Schütt graduated in 1993 and enjoyed her first workexperience in Denver, Colorado, USA.
She worked for 10 years with occupational injuries, sports injuries and enhanced her knowledge through education at the International Academy of Orthopedic Medecine. She was clinical coördinator of a practice in the Denver area for 3 years.
In 2008, she became involved in research at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp for musicians and dancers and specified the exisiting programs, as well as instructed in training at the dance department.
Since 2008, she assists musicians at the Queen Elisabeth chapel in Waterloo, and explored treatments and research involving the prevention and treatment of injuries in musicians in Paris, the Netherlands and UK.
She has been helping international musicians and performing artists ( Ultima Vez, Troubelyn), at De Singel (Antigone-Ivo Van Hove), Musicians of De Munt, de Vlaamse Opera, deFilharmonie!, Kaaitheater ( ), I solisti del venti and at the Royal Conservatroy of Antwerp, among others.
She specialized in manual therapy, osteopathy, redcord and uses individualized treatment approaches involving emotional, biochemaical and holistic aspects to attain complete recovery.
She also focuses on the enhancement of the artistic performance and prevention of injuries.
