Born in 1992 in Australia, she began violin studies in Korea at 4 yrs old. She continued in Tokyo at the Toho Gakuin music school and at Manhattan School of Music in New York. In 2002, she performed at Ground Zero with Yo-Yo Ma and Gil Shaham for the 1st anniversary of the WTC 9/11 Commemoration Ceremony. The same year, she made her Carnegie Hall début. She has been featured in newspapers like the New York Times, and on TV and radio programs in Europe and US. She is a laureate and finalist of numerous competitions, like Yehudi Menuhin Competition 2006, and Andrea Postacchini Competition 2009, Tibor Varga Competition 2010. In 2009, she takes part in the Summer Academie of Seiji Ozawa and the Windsor Festival 2011 . Since her professional début as a soloist with the Reno Philharmonic of Nevada at 13, she has performed with numerous orchestras, such as the London Chamber Orchestra and the Gyeonggi Philharmonic of Korea, The National Orchestra of Belgium and the Orchestre Royal de Chambre de Wallonie. Since 2006, she’s studying at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel under the direction of Augustin Dumay.
